Supercharge Microsoft SharePoint with Docket
Instantly retrieve and use SharePoint content without breaking your workflow.
Your SharePoint libraries are full of critical playbooks, documentation, and technical references—but finding what you need can be a hassle. With Docket, access that content from SharePoint instantly via AI-powered search and retrieval, right when and where you need it.
What is Microsoft SharePoint?
Microsoft SharePoint is a secure platform that teams use to store, organize, and share documents. It powers company knowledge hubs, project sites, and collaboration spaces across organizations of all sizes. From policies and procedures to training guides and technical manuals, SharePoint is often where institutional knowledge lives.
Why Connect SharePoint to Docket?
Connecting SharePoint to Docket transforms static repositories into living, accessible knowledge. Instead of hunting through folders and sites, your team can ask Docket questions and instantly get accurate, context-aware answers powered by SharePoint content. This means:
- Faster onboarding for new hires.
- Easier access to policies, playbooks, and training material.
- Quicker responses to customers and prospects, powered by trusted internal documentation.
- A single AI layer that unifies knowledge across SharePoint and your other connected sources.
Prerequisites:
- You must have admin-level access in Docket.

Go to Settings → Integrations in the Docket app.
Find the SharePoint app card and click Connect.

- Select Sites & Lists
After connecting, multi-select the sites and lists within SharePoint that you have access to.
Click Save to confirm.

Docket will automatically begin ingesting content from the selected SharePoint sites and lists.
