Gift & Rewards Offer — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These terms govern any promotional gift, gift card, or other reward offered by Docket Inc. (“Docket,” “we,” “us,” “our”) in connection with completing a meeting or other qualifying action (each, an “Offer”). By participating in an Offer, you agree to these terms. The specific reward, its type and value, and any additional campaign-specific details are described in the applicable campaign communication (the “Campaign Communication”). If a Campaign Communication conflicts with these terms, these terms control except where the Campaign Communication expressly states otherwise.
1. The Offer
Eligible participants who complete a Qualified Meeting (defined in Section 3) will receive a reward, which may be a gift card, a physical gift, or another incentive (the “Reward”). The Reward type and value are determined by Docket and stated in the applicable Campaign Communication. Each Offer is available for a limited time and only while promotional availability lasts. No purchase is necessary to participate in an Offer or to receive a Reward.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive the Reward in your jurisdiction;
- Be employed by a business that fits Docket’s target customer profile, and participate using a valid corporate email address (personal email addresses do not qualify);
- Hold a role with genuine decision-making or evaluation responsibility for solutions like Docket’s;
- Have a good-faith interest in evaluating Docket, rather than participating solely to obtain the Reward;
- Provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable identity and employment information.
3. What counts as a Qualified Meeting
A “Qualified Meeting” is a scheduled meeting that you attend in full and in which you engage in a genuine discussion about Docket’s products, with relevant context about your organization’s needs. Docket determines, in its sole discretion, whether a meeting qualifies. Meetings that are missed (no-shows), ended early, rescheduled more than two times, or conducted in bad faith do not qualify.
4. Who is not eligible
The Offer is void for, and a Reward may not be claimed by:
- Current Docket customers, active sales opportunities, employees, contractors, investors, partners, and their immediate family or household members;
- Competitors of Docket, or anyone acting to gather competitive information;
- Anyone whose employer’s policies prohibit accepting gifts or incentives;
- Government, public-sector, or public-agency employees, and employees of regulated entities that restrict gifts;
- Anyone in a jurisdiction where the Offer is restricted or prohibited.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you are permitted to accept the Reward. By participating, you represent that accepting it does not violate any law or any policy of your employer.
5. Limits
Limit one Reward per person and one per company or email domain, regardless of how many meetings are booked or how many people from the same organization participate, unless Docket states otherwise in writing. An Offer cannot be combined with any other Docket promotion.
6. Verification and disqualification
Docket may verify your identity, employment, and eligibility, and may request additional information before issuing a Reward. Docket may, in its sole discretion, withhold or revoke a Reward and disqualify any participant it reasonably believes has provided false or misleading information, is ineligible, or has engaged in fraud, abuse, or any attempt to manipulate an Offer.
7. Taxes and reporting
A Reward may be treated as taxable income, and you are solely responsible for any resulting taxes. Where the total value of Rewards and other reportable payments Docket makes to you in a calendar year meets or exceeds the applicable tax-reporting threshold (currently US$600 in the United States), or where otherwise required by law, Docket may request a completed IRS Form W-9 (or local equivalent) before issuing a Reward and may report payments to the relevant tax authorities. Docket will not issue a Reward if you decline to provide information required by law.
8. Fulfillment
Eligible Rewards are delivered to your verified email address (or, for a physical gift, to the mailing address you provide) within approximately 30 days after your Qualified Meeting. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Docket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable Rewards once sent to the address you provided.
9. Changes to the Offer
Docket may modify, suspend, or end any Offer, or change these terms, at any time and without notice.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Each Offer and Reward is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docket and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to an Offer or a Reward. Docket’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an Offer will not exceed the stated value of the Reward you were eligible to receive.
11. Jury trial and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Docket each waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to an Offer, a Reward, or these terms. You and Docket further waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and agree that all disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts; nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to any dispute, that dispute will proceed in court without regard to this waiver.
12. General
These terms and each Offer are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to Section 11. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Reward and gift-card issuers are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, any Offer; all trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
