The Docket Showroom Contest
Official Rules
THIS IS A CONTEST OF SKILL. Winners are determined solely by a panel of judges scoring shortlisted entries against the published criteria in Section 6. No random drawing, lottery, coin flip, timestamp or other element of chance is used at any stage, including to break ties.
1. Sponsor and Partner
1.1 The Contest is sponsored and administered solely by Docket Inc., 567 University Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for the Contest, these Official Rules, judging, and awarding the prize.
1.2 Lucid USA, Inc. (“Lucid”) is a promotional partner of the Contest. Lucid’s trademarks are used under license. Lucid is not a sponsor, promoter, administrator or judge of the Contest, is not responsible for the conduct of the Contest, and has no obligation to any entrant.
1.3 The Contest is sponsored solely by Sponsor. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the conference organizer, the venue operator, or any other third party, except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Contest is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada excluding the Province of Quebec; and (b) have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence.
2.2 Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of Sponsor, of Lucid, and of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and vendors involved in the Contest are not eligible.
2.3 The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.4 Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification of all such entries.
3. Contest Period
3.1 The Contest begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter
Visit docket.io/lucid and answer the following question in conversation with the Docket agent, by voice or by text:
Your MQL definition decides who gets a rep’s time. Rewrite it: what it requires today and what it misses; what yours requires instead and what it would take to stand up; and what you would measure, over what period, to prove yours predicts better.
The agent will present the question, capture your answer, and read it back for confirmation. Your confirmed answer is your entry (the “Submission”). The agent does not assist with, coach or alter your answer, and no other part of the conversation is considered. Text entry is available throughout as an alternative to voice. To enter, you must provide a valid email address.
5. Submissions
5.1 Submissions must be the entrant’s own original work, must not infringe any third party right, and must not contain confidential information belonging to the entrant’s employer or any third party.
5.2 Submissions must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene or offensive content, and must not disparage Sponsor, Lucid, or any third party. Sponsor may disqualify any Submission at its discretion on these grounds.
5.3 License. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display the Submission, and any anonymized or aggregated analysis derived from it, for research, editorial and marketing purposes, in any medium.
5.4 Attribution. Sponsor will not publish an entrant’s name, employer or any identifying detail in connection with a Submission without that entrant’s separate written consent, except as provided in Section 10 with respect to the winner.
6. Judging Criteria and Winner Determination
6.1 Judging panel. Shortlisted submissions will be scored by a panel of three (3) judges, each with at least five (5) years of professional experience in business-to-business marketing, demand generation or revenue operations. The judges are Gary Amaral, VP Marketing; Lauren McHugh, Head of Marketing; and Lee Gladish, Head of Outbound Growth. The panel is appointed by Sponsor and includes no representative of Lucid.
6.2 Scoring. All entries are screened for eligibility, completeness and relevance to the question, and scored against the criteria detailed in the table below, using an automated tool configured by the judging panel and applied identically to every entry. The highest-scoring entries advance as a shortlist. Screening does not determine the winner.
The judging panel independently scores each shortlisted Submission out of 100 against the same criteria. The winner is the shortlisted entrant with the highest aggregate score across all judges.
| Criterion | Weight | What the judges are scoring |
|---|---|---|
| Specificity of the problem described | 30 | Whether the entry identifies a concrete, named problem with a described current-state baseline, rather than a general observation. |
| Implementation logic and feasibility | 30 | Whether the proposed change could realistically be executed within twelve months by the organisation described, with the stated sequence and dependencies. |
| Measurability | 25 | Whether the entry names the metrics that would move, the baseline against which they would be measured, and the period of measurement. |
| Originality of approach | 15 | Whether the approach differs from commonly published practice in a way the entry explains. |
6.3 Publication of criteria. These criteria are published in advance and available on the Contest entry page before entry. Answers are expected to address them.
6.4 Judging date. Judging takes place after the close of the Contest Period. The winner will be determined on or about October 19, 2026.
7. Tie-Breaking
7.1 If two or more entrants have the same aggregate score, the tie is broken by the higher aggregate score in “Specificity of the problem described.”
7.2 If a tie remains, it is broken by the higher aggregate score in “Implementation logic and feasibility.”
7.3 If a tie still remains, each tied entrant will be sent a supplemental prompt by email and must submit a written response of no more than one hundred fifty (150) words within three (3) business days. The same panel will score those responses against the criteria in Section 6.2, and the highest aggregate score wins. An entrant who does not respond within the period is eliminated from the tie-break.
7.4 No element of chance is used at any stage of tie-breaking.
8. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The prize
The Grand Prize is one (1) new Lucid Gravity Touring, delivered and registered by Lucid directly in the winner’s name. The winner is the first registered owner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $79,900 USD. The vehicle is supplied in the specification and colour available at the time of award. Sponsor does not guarantee any particular specification, colour, option or delivery date. No used, pre-owned, demonstrator or leased vehicle will be awarded.
Prize terms
8.1 The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes on the prize as well as all costs to operate and maintain the vehicle, and insurance.
8.2 The winner must take delivery in person at the Lucid location designated by Sponsor, and must complete Lucid’s standard delivery and registration documentation.
8.3 Substitution. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value, including a cash equivalent, if the stated prize becomes unavailable, cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, or cannot be awarded as described. The winner may not elect a substitution.
8.4 The prize is not transferable and no part of it may be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s election under Section 8.3.
9. Winner Notification and Forfeiture
9.1 The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided in the entry, on or about October 19, 2026.
9.2 The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt.
9.3 If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be reached after reasonable attempts by email, is found to be ineligible, or does not return the documents required by Section 10 within ten (10) business days, the prize is forfeited and awarded to the entrant with the next highest aggregate score.
10. Required Documents
10.1 Award of the prize is conditional on the winner executing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and a completed IRS Form W-9.
10.2 Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the value of the prize awarded.
10.3 By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, city and state, employer name and Submission for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Privacy and Data
11.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the Contest is collected and controlled by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.docket.io/privacy-policy.
11.2 The entry form includes a separate opt-in by which an entrant may consent to their contact details being shared with Lucid and to receiving communications from Lucid. Sponsor shares entrant details with Lucid only where that opt-in is given. The opt-in is not a condition of entry.
11.3 Entrants may opt in separately to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Entry does not by itself constitute consent to marketing communications.
12. General Conditions
12.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges and of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
12.2 Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or acts in a manner Sponsor reasonably considers disruptive or in bad faith.
12.3 Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or cannot be conducted as described, in which case Sponsor will award the prize among eligible entries received before the event giving rise to the suspension, judged under Section 6.
12.4 Sponsor, Lucid and their respective affiliates are not liable for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, technical failures, or any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Contest or from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12.5 These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12.6 If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
